Local Pick Up
iScoot offers a free* Click & Collect service for products that are in stock in your chosen store. Simply choose your product online, and you’ll see the option if your product is available for collection at your selected store.
Local Pick Up is available within a window of 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified via email and phone once your order is ready for collection. Applicable only if items are available from the chosen collection store. If not available and home-delivery is selected, the aforementioned delivery timeframes apply.
Click & Collect orders need to be signed for at the store or location nominated upon checkout for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo identification and the credit or debit card used to purchase. It is not possible to authorise another person to collect your parcel. You will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase.
Please Note: Collection timeframes are subject to changes in circumstances. Excludes large items and physical gift cards. Some products do not qualify for Click & Collect.
Dispatching
Deliveries are dispatched by our logistics team on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons only.
Should there be an issue that prevents this from taking place, iScoot will endeavour to contact you to advise of any delays and work with you on an agreed outcome.
